Zaid Abdullah

Updated on Friday evening, July 26, Peel police Supt. Josh Colley stated that search teams found Zaid Abdullah’s body in a creek close to Erindale Park at 5:40 p.m., one day after he went missing.

Officials have not yet confirmed what killed Zaid when he was just a little boy.

Zaid, age three, vanished from sight on Thursday in the vicinity of Erindale Park, which is close to Mississauga Road and Dundas Street West.

According to the missing report, he was skinny, had a short, dark afro, a yellow blouse with red writing, black jeans, and no shoes or socks on when he vanished.

Everyone who knew him and his family members has been profoundly impacted by this tragic news.
