The Kansas Bureau of Investigation said that when he kidnapped Paisley, he was driving a bright orange 2015 BMW X1 with tag 769-RXZ.
The suspects are Melanie Allison, a white female, 41 years old, 5 feet 4 inches tall, 200 pounds, blonde hair, and brown eyes, and Jordan Thompson, a white male, 24 years old, 6 feet 250 pounds, and brown hair and eyes.
