Brandon Perry Missing

The 35-year-old HVAC technician Brandon Perry is still missing; he was last seen in Indianapolis on May 26. David Perry, Perry’s seventeen-year-old son, is charged with killing his father and disposing of his body in a garbage can on New Harmony Road under 1-69.

Detectives from the IMPD Missing Persons unit started looking into Brandon Perry’s disappearance on May 29, 2024. IMPD Homicide Detectives assumed control of the investigation due to information discovered throughout the course of the inquiry. Detectives think David Perry, Brandon Perry’s son, killed him based on physical evidence, video surveillance, and several interviews.

David told his family that he dumped his father’s body in a big trash can. Brandon Perry’s body is purportedly inside the trash can that police are currently looking for in the White River that crosses under 1-69.

Detectives are collaborating with various agencies to find Brandon Perry’s remains.

An accusation is all that a charge is. David Perry ought to be presumed innocent until and unless he is shown to be guilty in a court of law.
