The Omaha Police Department Traffic Unit has released early information regarding the collision that occurred at 168th and Dodge that resulted in one person suffering life-threatening injuries today, Wednesday, September 27.

At precisely 8:27 p.m., Omaha Police Department responded to the scene of the three-vehicle collision involving a Can-Am Spyder, a Toyota Camry, and a Honda CRV.

VICTIM

Brian Roeder, the 45-year-old Can-Am driver, was taken by OFD Medics to CUMC-Bergan Mercy Medical Center with serious injuries.

According to the inquiry, Brian Roeder was driving north on 168th when he lost control, crossed the center median, and hit two other vehicles.

The effects of speed and dangerous driving are being looked into.
