The “Oro Valley Interscholastic Mountain Bike Team,” a middle and high school mountain biking club with teams from the Oro Valley region, lost Bryce Johnston yesterday. He was a former student-athlete, teammate, and friend.

Bryce was a role model who emanated strength and confidence, and everyone looked up to him. All those who had the honor of knowing him will miss him terribly.
Everyone who knew him was left with a lasting impression by his warmth and thoughtfulness. Everyone adored him. He treated everyone with kindness and delighted in their smiles.
Funeral
He will be laid to rest in St. Andrew’s church in Tucson, situated at 7650 N. Paseo del Norte, this Saturday, September 30, at 10am. Everyone will move on to the next place to celebrate his life as he would have desired after the service.
