What Happened To Caleb Long

The motorcycle crash was so tragic that it left Caleb Long with severe injuries to his head and other parts of his body. He was pronounced dead not long after the incident.

Long-time classmate Nicole Hardt described Long as always seeming to have his life totally together. “He just knew everything all the time,” she said. “He was very organized. Very planned out.”

Even though Caleb has always wanted to excel at everything he does, those goals have sadly come to an awful end. A prayer vigil has been scheduled for this evening, Wednesday, November 8, at 6:30 at Woods Auditorium, by Pastor David Kabange of Campus Ministries.

Additionally, on Thursday at 10:30 a.m., they will honor Caleb during a portion of the uGather chapel service. If you are unable to attend in the sanctuary of College View Church, please join them on UTV at @unioncollegeutv.
