Melody Coburn Death Georgia: At the intersection of Cobb and Fulton counties, on I-20 across the Chattahoochee River, a woman was struck and killed as her car was being placed into a tow truck. Melody Coburn of Jonesboro, Georgia, was the woman’s identity as determined by the Medical Examiner. When a vehicle off the freeway and struck Melody, she was standing behind her car with the tow truck driver aiding her.

Family members report that the accident occurred during the middle of the night on Monday, January 1, 2024. This is terrible news; everyone who had a lot of happy days with Melody will truly miss her.

According to early reports, the force of the hit knocked her off the bridge. The death is being looked into by the City of South Fulton Police Department.
