The Canton, Illinois, police department declared on Thursday night that they had successfully discovered 2-year-old Chloe Russell, who had been missing for about 12 hours. Early on Thursday, July 18, 2024, in the early hours of the day, the young kid in Canton, Illinois, was reported missing.
When she was located, she was brought to the hospital. Ten minutes before 6 p.m. live hit, all of this was happening.
