Claude Bloch Death

Claude Bloch Died: On Monday, January 1, 2024, at around 10:36 a.m., the European Jewish Congress sent a condolence message via Twitter to Claude Bloch’s family and friends. Bloch was the last survivor from Lyon to survive Auschwitz.

On January 1, 2024, at the age of 96, Claude Bloch departed from this life.

“The witnesses of the Holocaust are fading away, but their message endures and compels us.” European Jewish Congress said.

The family is adjusting to this new reality and trying to figure out how they will continue to be wonderful parents to their loved ones while also picturing what the upcoming days, weeks, and months will be like in the wake of such a tragedy.

He never stops doing all he can to support his neighbors, even in difficult circumstances. Everyone who knew him will really miss him because of the boundless affection he bestows onto the people in his life.

His friends and family are grieving with you at this same time. And they kindly request that at this time, everyone treat his family with the decency and solitude they deserve.
