Hayden Carter, a rising sophomore basketball player from Cocke County, passed away, shocking friends and family. She passed away, and the public was informed on Wednesday, July 31. Nobody at all anticipated it.
She was reportedly one of two people, both of whom were only fifteen years old, whose lives were sadly taken on Tuesday, July 30th in a car accident near Newport. She was an intelligent and gifted student with a bright future ahead of her.
In and out of the basketball court, she was a radiant light who never failed to bring joy to those in her vicinity. Her vivacious nature conveyed her passion for her teammates, family, and community.
Hayden was a cherished player in the East Tennessee basketball community and a member of the Trotters 2027 Armes squad. She touched lives and left an enduring impression on everyone who knew her.
