Thoughts and prayers are being sent to the family of Tucker Rudd, a DeSoto Central student-athlete who passed away at the early age of 16.
After being engaged in a tragic car accident on Friday, August 2, 2024, Tucker passed away from the severe injuries he received in the collision.
Condolence Message

Tucker former coach, Emmitt Wibiral, said on Facebook: “Tuck, T-NUTS!!, Tucker, Rudd.. whatever you called him. One thing was clear Tucker Rudd was HIM on and off the ball field. Tucker you will be sorely missed bud. I am honored to have coached you and had you in my life. Thank you for your kindness to my boy and the knowledge and skills you helped give to him! Your memory and impact will live on through my boy, and each one of your teammates. Tucker, you truly were one of a kind! I love you, we all love you! Rest easy big guy!”
