Missing person – Child abduction: Pedro Dasilva, age three, is the subject of an amber notice from Newark & State Police in New Jersey. Pedro is a white man who was last seen wearing gray jeans and a red hooded sweater, according to police reports. 3-year-old man White Pedro DaSilva is the kidnapped minor. The suspect is dressed in black slacks, white sneakers, and a Northface jacket.
The suspect, a black man wearing black Northface leggings and a black jacket, was last seen with Pedro. White sneakers were on him. One of the oldest cities in the country, Newark, is where the two were last seen.
