When 39-year-old Julio Rodarte began shooting indiscriminately at passing cars on the road in San Jacinto, California, a father of four was shot and killed. There were several damaged cars and one injured man.
The San Jacinto Police Department has not yet made the victim’s identity public. Even though these kinds of incidents are uncommon in the area, we are aware that the locals will be concerned about this incident.
Julio Rodarte fired thirty rounds, took off his clothes, and was taken into custody on suspicion of murder and ten counts of attempted murder.
Rodarte allegedly attempted to purchase a shot of liquor at a nearby market but was unable to do so due to financial constraints, which set off the heinous deed.
After that, he started shooting at cars and removed his clothes.
