Shaun Davis Passed Away: The bodybuilding community is in mourning over the passing of “Dinosaur,” also known as British bodybuilder Shaun Davis. He was 57 years old when he passed away recently. Friends claim that Shaun Davis, a former Mr. Universe, was the one who, in 1996, officially put the town of Long Eaton on the map. In addition, he was Mr. Pro Universe, Mr. Europe, Mr. Britain, and Mr. UK.
Sadly, on Thursday, November 30, 2023, Shaun went away.
Even though he had kidney problems during his bodybuilding career, the cause is still unknown. In the English county of Derbyshire’s Erewash district, the town of Long Eaton is home to Davis, who continues to hold significant influence.
He is a highly esteemed and well-known gentleman. You would be aware of Shaun’s large personality and sense of humor if you knew him.
Shaun took part in seven NABBA Universe competitions, placing seventh in 1988, second in 1989, first in 1990, sixth in 1992 Pro Mr. Universe, fourth in 1993 Pro, third in 1995, and winner of NABBA Pro Overall Mr. Universe in 1996.

“I woke up this morning to the sad news that Shaun Davis, my fellow iron warrior has passed away.
Shaun beat me to win the British Overall Champion title in 1996. I came third. Shaun came first. In fact, we were both prepped by the same coach Patrick Nichols. I saw Shaun’s condition in 1996 when he beat me. I asked him who his coach was and he put me in touch with Patrick, who prepped me to win the 1997 overall title. That was the time when only one pro card was given in the UK.”
Friends and family were so shocked to learn of Shaun’s passing that they felt compelled to post on social media to express their sorrow to the world. Shaun was a kind brother, a beautiful soul, and a sweet friend. Everyone who knew him loved him, and if they had the opportunity to spend time with him while he was still living, nobody would have anything negative to say about him.
