Following a fatal shooting at the Madison Avenue parking lot in Export, PA, one man is dead and another is in custody. At the scene of the event, state police are currently present.
Two males got into a heated fight about a parking space, which led to the shooting. Numerous gunshots were heard during the confrontation, and according to nearby residents, one of the shots hit the other.
Police say that the victim, named as 65-year-old Daniel Chicka, was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries. Although the medical staff there did everything they could to save his life, Daniel Chicka unfortunately passed suddenly.
The 32-year-old shooter, Matt Miller, is detained.
Law enforcement officials are expected to offer updates when additional information becomes available, and the investigation is still ongoing.
