At the time of his death, Taraja was a resident of Atlanta, Georgia, but he was born in Los Angeles, California. was a student at the Cupertino, California-based public community college De Anza College. He attended Los Angeles City College to study film and the Art Institute of Atlanta to study animation.
Taraja was an exceptionally talented individual. In everything he did, he always gave it his all. May he rest in complete peace, his sweet soul.
