Theresa Cachuela Hawaii: On Friday, December 22, 2023, husband Jason Cachuela shot and murdered his ex-wife Theresa Cachuela in a murder-suicide close to Pearlridge Mall in Waimalu, Oahu, Hawaii. Jason shot and killed his wife, then took his own life. Pali Momi Medical Center and Bank of Hawaii were the locations of the shootings.
Theresa is the proprietor of House of Glam Hawaii LLC and a resident of Waipahu’s Kamakana Street.
Prior to their recent divorce, Jason and Theresa Cachuela were wed for more than five years, starting on November 11, 2017.
Jason was discovered dead in Waipahu this afternoon, following the shooting murder of his ex-wife Theresa at the Pearlridge Center parking lot, according to the local police officers. Jason took his own life following the unfortunate event.
While further information is still being gathered, the cause of the shooting has not yet been made public. According to eyewitnesses, the shooting occurred following an incident between the two of them at the Bank of Hawaii.
