Upscale Cracc, 31, born Javier Osorio-Mejia, a reseller who was a fixture at sneaker releases in New York City for years, was fatally shot Tuesday morning at around 5:16 while he was being robbed, according to police and a law enforcement source with direct knowledge of the investigation.
As of yet, no individual has been arrested. Police are currently investigating a homicide for the NYPD in an effort to determine the precise cause of death.
