According to Michael Morrissey, the district attorney for Norfolk County, police discovered the bodies of Rakesh and Teena Kamal, the owners of an education company, along with their teenage daughter on December 29 in a $5.7 million mansion in Dover, Massachusetts.
Morrissey revealed the victims’ names at an NBC Boston press conference: Teena Kamal, 54; Arianna Kamal, 18; and Rakesh Kamal, 57.
The owners of a Massachusetts-based company that sells educational systems were Rakesh and Teena Kamal. The Kamals are listed as EduNova’s president and CEO by the Better Business Bureau. Rick Kamal is listed as Rakesh Kamal’s name.
The State of Massachusetts claims that the business was founded in 2016 and went out of business in 2021.
According to her LinkedIn profile, Arianna Kamal was a neuroscience major in college and a mentor.
The district attorney stated that a gun was used in the deaths and that it was discovered close to the father’s body, even though he said the medical examiner would determine the cause of death.
