Vontae Davis NFL Die

The world was informed today, Monday, April 1, that former NFL cornerback Vontae Davis has died at the extremely young age of 35. Prior to spending ten years as an NFL player with the Dolphins, Colts, and Bills, Davis played collegiate football at Illinois.

A man was discovered dead at the residence, according to the police. There was no foul play.” Since the news of Vontae’s death is still surfacing, the cause of death has not yet been disclosed. At the time this article was published, not many details had been made available to the public.

The house on SW 178th Avenue where he was discovered is owned by Davis’s grandmother, Adaline Davis, according to Broward property records.

Fans and family members are perplexed; perhaps he died naturally as there was no early information released on any medical conditions he may have had.

Davis was a player for the Bills (2018), Colts (2012), and Dolphins (2009–2011). In all, he had 426 tackles, 2 sacks, 3 forced fumbles, 1 fumble recovery, 22 interceptions, and 2 Pro Bowl appearances.

To all of his friends, fans, and family members, his death came as a shock. Once his family or the authorities have verified it, the cause will be made public.
